All information in school admission form should be completed. |

फार्म के साथ विघार्थी का जन्म -प्रमाणपत्र एंव हलफनामा अवश्य संलग्न करें। बाद में जन्मतिथि में किसी प्रकार का परिवर्तन नही किया जायेगा ।
Date of Birth certificate affidavit should be submitted compulsory along with form. No change will be possible in date of birth. |

विधालय में अनुशासन एंव व्यवस्था बनाये रखने के लिये आपका सहयोग आवशयक है । अतः विधालय के नियमो पर ध्यान दे ।
Guardians co-operation to maintain discipline is necessary, therefore please abide to rules and regulation. |

बिना पूर्ण सूचना के छात्र/छात्रा को अनुपस्थित न होनें दें ।
Without prior written information to teacher a student should not be absent. |

नियत समय पर पूर्ण वेशभूषा में ही छात्र/छात्रा को विघालय भेजें ।
Student should come in proper dress on scheduled time to school. |
